Q : How long do you usually take to work on one commission?
A : On average, 1 week. But for an illustration with complex background, I need roughly 2 weeks.Q : What canvas size do you use?
A : I usually use 350dpi on 2894x4093 px (approx. 4K/UHD) for full-rendered illustration and 350dpi on 2894x2894 px for chibi. Tell me if you need specific size.Q : I need my order to be finished on certain date, can you do it?

== Commission Terms of Services ==

Clients who are unable to pay using QR code, are required to order via VGen. Everything written here is exactly the same in VGen.General:
◆ Work is done in order; first come, first served. For time efficiency, I will be doing 2 orders at a time.
◆ I may decline an inquiry if it is beyond my capability and I will explain why.
◆ I'm always open to chat via social mediaGeneral Workflow:
Form filled → Sketch + rough color → Revisions → Full payment (I will pause the drawing process until payment is confirmed) → Line art → Color revision → Finishing → Done

Commitment & Agreement Between Client (you) and Artist (me):
◆ Client provides clear references without using generative Al.
◆ Client allows Artist to observe and creatively, replicate/re-interpret (not duplicate, trace or heavily referencing) provided reference(s) within the Artist's art style.
◆ Client may use commission result within the scope of usage (personal/commercial) and not for other use such as (but not limited to); generative AI training or image alteration without the artist's consent.
◆ Artist may use the commission result(s) as portfolio sample only and not for other use such as; generative Al training, Artist's personal OC or claiming their design as original.Deadlines:
◆ If you need a certain artwork to be done on certain date, please tell me beforehand via any contact info before putting an order.
◆ If you do not put a deadline, I will work on commission in order.Revisions:
◆ I accept major revision during sketch and color rough step such as but not limited to:
-------- Pose revision / character change (1x)
-------- Color revision (2x)
Afterwards only minor revisions are accepted.
More than that will require an extra fee.Payments:
◆ Full upfront payment before sketch process is mandatory. This payment is non-refundable and will act as Client's commitment to book a commission.
◆ Price listed is for non-commercial use, streaming content use fee is twice the original price while for merchandise / ads / print fee is triple the original price.
◆ I will begin to draw as soon as possible, once the sketch is confirmed, please complete the payment. I will pause the order until payment has been confirmed.File Deliverability:
These are my default size for each service. Do tell me if you require other specific size:
◆ Chibi : 2000 x 2000 px, 300dpi (might be wider if there are >2 characters)
◆ Half-body : 2894 x 4093 px, 350dpi
I usually send the result using Google drive, do tell me if you prefer other method.
